The 42K of Bariloche100 is a new race for those who are fans of the MARATHON distance or who are eager to increase the difficulty after 27.
It will be a route with a cumulative positive slope of approximately +1850m and that passes through 2 peaks with a moderate technical difficulty that will allow you to maintain speed or do it comfortably.
The first summit will be on Bella Vista hill where you will have a panoramic view of the Andes. Then the grand finale, like all the distances, is to summit a last hill (Otto) at 1400 masl where you will have a view of the entire Nahuel Huapi lake, and then begin to descend and approach the finish line at the Civic Center of the city. .
The test will begin on the morning of March 14, from Tambo Baez. They will be able to enjoy all the landscapes of the day and with enough time to carry out the tour comfortably.
Every runner who has consciously trained for such a requirement, understanding the difficulty, the unevenness and experience necessary. Take into account the accumulated positive difference of 1850m and that 3 summits are made. We recommend NOT starting trail running at this distance. Start with smaller distances.
