General Information
Registration is personal and non-transferable.
The minimum age of participation for the 12K, 28K distances is 16 years old (with authorization from the parent and / or guardian) and for the 42k, 57K, 80K and 100K races it is from 18 years.

Payments methods
- Payment will be made through the MercadoPago platform for Residents in Argentina. And through Paypal for participants living abroad.
- Fees are not automatically debited.
Payments
- Payment will be processed through the MercadoPago platform for residents of Argentina. For runners living abroad, payment will be processed through PayPal.
- If you do not complete the full registration payment, you will not be able to participate in the event and will not be eligible for a refund.
Installments
- Payment is possible in 3 installments through the Mercado Pago platform (only for Argentine residents, or foreign residents whose payment platform allows it)
- Installments are NOT automatic debits. Three payment links will be created with an approximate expiration date of 30 days. You will have access to view and pay them from MY REGISTRATION
- Paying the first installment locks in the registration fee.
- If a payment link exceeds its expiration date in the second or third installment, it will be automatically canceled. To make your payment and reactivate your registration, you must request a new link by writing to inscripciones@bariloche100.com (a late fee will apply).
Registrations that are 15 days or more overdue due to non-payment will be canceled. If you request to reactivate your registration, the remaining installments will be updated according to the current registration fee published on the website.
It is the participant's responsibility to pay the installments within the established deadlines.
Conditions for Changes
- Distance changes are possible once the registration fee has been fully paid, provided there are available spaces in the new selected distance.
- Distance changes are free until January 5, 2027. An administrative fee will apply for changes starting January 6.
- If the change is to a longer distance, the difference in price between the previously paid distance and the new distance must be paid at the time of the change, plus the corresponding administrative fee based on the date the change is requested.
- If the change is to a shorter distance, there will be no refund for the difference.
- Registration can be transferred to another person upon payment of an administrative fee.

Cancellation Policy
Only for health reasons.
The only reason accepted for canceling registration for the next edition will be for certified health issues. In these cases, a credit will be issued for use in the 2028 edition of B100, based on the cancellation request date.
A medical certificate and supporting documentation must be sent to inscripciones@bariloche100.com
Credits will only be generated for use in the same distance and for the next edition under the following conditions:
- Before 10/15/2026: 70% credit
- Before 12/15/2026: 60% credit
- Before 02/15/2027: 50% credit
- Before 03/01/2027: 40% credit
- After 03/01/2027: Not applicable
In the event of a withdrawal or cancellation of a registration request with incomplete payments, a credit will be issued using the same percentages and due dates, based on the amount paid up to the date of the withdrawal request.
