General Information
Registration is personal and non-transferable.
The minimum age of participation for the 12K, 27K distances is 16 years old (with authorization from the parent and / or guardian) and for the 42k, 57K, 80K and 100K races it is from 18 years.

Payments methods
- Payment will be made through the MercadoPago platform for Residents in Argentina. And through Paypal for participants living abroad.
- Fees are not automatically debited.
Payments
- Residents in Argentina may pay in 3 NON-AUTOMATIC payments
- Those who sign up between the 1st and 14th of the month must pay payment from the 1st to the 5th of the following month. Those who register from the 15th to the 30th of the month must pay payment from the 15th to the 20th of the following month.
- The payments ARE NOT AUTOMATIC, this means that it is the responsibility of the participant to request the payment link for payment.
- Registrations that have a delay of 15 days or more due to non-payment will be cancelled. And in the event that the participant wants to register their registration again, the value of their registration or the remaining payments will be updated to the current value published on the web.
- A 7% will be added to the published registration values for the service cost of the payment platform. Those who want to pay via transfer may do so without the added 7% and at the value published on the web.
Exchange Policy
- Distance changes are possible after the full registration payment has been completed.
- If the change is to a longer distance, the difference between the payment already made and the new distance must be paid at the time of the change.
- If the change is to a shorter distance, there will be no refund for the difference.
- Transferring the registration to another person. It is possible to transfer the registration to another holder by paying an administrative fee (check at the time of transfer).

Cancellation Policy
The only reason for postponing registration to the next edition will be certified health issues. In these cases, a credit will be issued based on the date of the withdrawal request.
A medical certificate and corresponding supporting studies must be sent to inscripciones@bariloche100.com
Credits will only be generated for use in the same distance and for the next edition under the following conditions:
- Before 10/15/2025: 70% credit
- Before 12/15/2025: 60% credit
- Before 02/15/2026: 50% credit
- Before 03/01/2026: 40% credit
- After 03/01/2026: Not applicable
In the event of a withdrawal or cancellation of a registration request with incomplete payments, a credit will be issued using the same percentages and due dates, based on the amount paid up to the date of the withdrawal request.
